My first new picture in a while. Here's Delaney taking a turn standing beside the pitching machine in her first season of softball. She's done surprisingly well for her age, since all the other girls are older, some of them a lot older.
I didn't do such a great job focusing through chainlink fence unfortunately.

from an art major's perspective, it's a pretty cool pic. It's focused enough on her to know that she's the subject, but then there's the upper layer of the out-of-focus fencing that gives her a feeling of solitude--it's bottom of the ninth with 2 strikes, a man on third, her team's up by one and the game rests on her.
I never said i wasn't a bullshit artist.
