It's the four hundredth post, and it's time for a change. Not a change to this blog but a change to way we keep time in this country. Last year, daylight-saving time ran from the first Sunday of April to the last Sunday in October, but starting this year, it will be extended by a month. It will begin on the second Sunday in March and end on the first Sunday in November. This is a step in the right direction. I still firmly believe we should adopt DST year round. Don't forget to update your computers with Windows Updates, otherwise you can expect to be running late for a while.
